In the tower – the oceanfront units on floors 7-13 are either a corner or an interior.

Meaning with only 4 units/ floor being oceanfront – 2 are the corner units with large balconies – 2 are oceanfront interior units. This is one of the interior units.

2 Queen beds – we had the mattresses replaced last year – so these were recently updated.

We also – recently added a love seat instead of the 2 lounge chairs shown. We configured this to have the TV mounted in the corner on a swivel mount. You are able to watch comfortably – we had a few long term guests that requested a place to sit and relax and have evolved to the love seat – across from wall mounted TV.

This is standing on your 8th floor balcony – quite a gorgeous view.

This is the 8th floor kitchen – our 712 is identical to this unit – with 1 exception… the kitchen in 712 has an island / counter

This is the 7th floor unit – just a little bit more counter space.
